Lauren Graham's Poker History

Lauren was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, before she and her father moved to Washington D.C. when she was five. She discovered acting very early on, and after earning a degree in English from Barnard College in New York she relocated to Texas and got her Master’s degree in acting. She moved again in 1995, this time to Hollywood, and starred in a few television pilots, but success was always fleeting before she the lead role on "Gilmore Girls."

Lauren, along with being a terrific actress, is also an avid poker player. She successfully won game four of the Celebrity Poker Showdown, and went on to take second place in the final tournament.
