Probably the most anonymous top cash player in the Las Vegas scene, Chau Giang plays the 00/00 mixed game at the Bellagio five days a week, yet is hardly recognized by mainstream poker fans.

2. Of Chinese decent, fled Vietnam for the United States in 1978.

3. While working as a cook in a Chinese restaurant in Colorado, discovered a low-limit poker game and was hooked. Soon realized the daily restaurant grind was not paying him as much as poker could, and eventually moved to Las Vegas. 4. Owns three World Series of Poker bracelets: 1993 $1500 Ace-to-Five Lowball Draw, 1998 $2000 Omaha 8 or Better, and 2004 $2000 Pot Limit Omaha.

5. His second place in the 2005 World Poker Open Championship was the biggest tournament score of his career, netting him $773,448.
